The Location

The Apartments

Comprise of five apartment blocks each with a height of three floors. There will be a lift, a swimming pool and parking for each apartment block. Sea-views over the Adriatic have been optimised for these apartments ensuring they all benefit from their prime position on the beach. The vertically tapered design allows as much light into the apartments as possible and all will be finished to exacting standards of luxury.

The Villas

Range from different types of 3 bedroom semi-detached to 4 bedroom detached.
