What does the Development Viewing Trip involve?

The Development Viewing Trip is exactly what it states, a trip to view the development that is the subject of your interest. It is offered to assist you in the decision of purchasing apartment/s in this development. The trip is Development Specific, and not designed to be a trip to look at property or the Bansko area in general.

The Development Viewing Trip will involve a two night stay in Bansko (dependent on flights) and will either be on an individual or group basis. Flight tickets will be purchased on your behalf, hotel accommodation and transfers provided. All meals and soft drinks are included in the price; however mini bars and alcohol will be needed to be paid for.

It is your responsibility to get yourself to your departure airport and onto the flight to Sofia. You will be met upon arrival at Sofia Airport and transferred to the ski resort of Bansko.

You will be shown the location of the development, the aspect of the apartments and if built or partly built, inside the development. Prices and up to date availability will be provided and reservations of apartments are possible to be made whilst in Bansko in order to secure the apartment/s of interest.

You will also be shown around the old town, the new area of development, the ski lift and piste area. You will also view the golf course construction; get an idea of the various planned golf course locations and their proximity to the ski lift.

Once your time in Bansko is drawing to a close, you will be transferred back to Sofia Airport in good time for your return trip back home.

Who is eligible for the Development Viewing Trip?

Those with a genuine interest in purchasing an apartment in the development that is the subject of their enquiry are eligible to travel on the Development Viewing Trip.

You will be expected to have already conducted some research on the area, be aware of the level of property prices and have expressed a serious interest in purchasing property in Bansko.

Following initial enquiry, an agent will speak to you about the development of your interest. Once the agent is satisfied that you have a genuine interest in purchasing property and you have successfully completed the application form, then you will be invited to complete the Terms and Conditions and send your administration fee of £199 ** per person to Select Property Overseas. Upon receipt of your administration fee and completed Terms and Conditions, travel dates will be agreed and booked on your behalf.

** The £199 per person administration fee secures your Development Viewing Trip to Bulgaria.

In the event that you travel to Bulgaria and reserve an apartment in the development of interest, £170 per person will be refunded within 7 days of your return to the UK.

In the event that you miss your flight or do not meet your agent in order to view the Development or Bansko then you will forfeit the payment of £199 per person in order to reimburse the costs incurred.
