Description
Gerber Residence 2 is the latest complex offered from the local developer of the sold out Gerber Residence. These apartments are located just 500 metres to the beach in a central but quiet Sunny Beach location close to the popular Summer Dreams development. The complex consists of 142 part furnished studio, one and two bedroom apartments and offers great value accommodation.
The residential area is developed mainly into studio apartments where the living and sleeping area are part of a common space and include a small but functional kitchen area with cupboards and sink included. A fully furnished bathroom with a bath comes as standard.
There are a number of one bedroom apartments which consist of an open living / kitchen area including cupboards and sink and a bedroom. Again the separate furnished bathroom with a bath comes as standard.
The top two floors will be developed into twenty open space maisonette type apartments with an internal staircase leading to the upper level where the one or two bedrooms are situated. They are designed to make the best use of the space with functionality in mind and are again with part furnished kitchen area and fully furnished bathroom with bath.
Most apartments will have a balcony and all have installations of cable TV and internet, as well as air-conditioning systems, communication and security systems incorporated into the design and within the sales price.
Studio apartments are priced from 19,900 Euros, one bedroom apartments are priced from 26,990 Euros and two bedroom apartments are priced from 39,990 Euros.
The access to the plot is through the security-attended entrance from the street on the east side. The access for cars is also from the east and within the plot boundaries there is open-air parking for 25 cars. The area around the car park will be landscaped with trees and shrubs. Entrance to the building is situated in the east where a small hallway leads to the staircase and the lift. Access to the apartments will be controlled via the entrance with an allocated area for security staff.
The garden will be landscaped using flowers and shrubs, which are typical for the region. There is a swimming pool on the north side of the residence, which is surrounded by a recreational area with sun beds and umbrellas. There is also a children’s area in near proximity to the pool.
Completion of construction is scheduled to be June / July 2011.
